My first biscornu is finished except for the button -- I'm going to a quilt show this afternoon and may find what I am looking for there -- if not, I have an idea to use a stork scissor charm center top. The stitching of the two pieces together went much easier than I thought it would -- a sweet little pin cushion.

I too have made one and I just love them. I gave mine away and so I really have to make more. They just take so long to cross stitch.
Jackie....good work. I can't believe how very cute this is and we all know the meaning behind these little scissors........I look to see them all when I'm in a course. Seems to be a quilter's signature.
Hugs and thanks for sharing.

beautiful piece, jackie...another heirloom piece!
Thank you all -- this was really fun to make and I already have a good start on my second one. This one is in blues and looks like a quilter's pattern. I'll post an "in progress" pic.
Jackie love all of your biscornus, but this one is the cutest yet. For a special button get a scissors charm and a small tube of jewellery glue and glue the charm to the top of the small shanked metal button.
Hugs
Linda
