At last I have finished my first improvisational beaded piece. This type of beading is such fun and a constant challenge -- keeps you on your toes, and you never get bored.
It's just wonderful! You must have hit a patch of marathon beading too! Good thing it's done, cause I have a feeling you're going to be pretty darn busy, come wednesday!
Thanks, BB. I loved doing it. Did you notice the 'heart' bead you sent me? There are special beads on this piece that came from special friends -- makes it mean all the more to me ;-)
Thanks, Denise. Most of the beads are 11's -- there are some 15's too and of course, the larger rondales and a few size 5(?) beads too -- the owl was a gift and I too love it. Many of the beads on this piece were gifts from friends -- and it makes this piece all the more special because it holds a little bit of a lot of people ;-)
I remember when you intially talked about doing a black and white piece. This one is quiet lovely - as are you of course to bring forth such a piece, momma.

Double Wows! Your finished project is stunning. You're setting that bar pretty high for the bead journalers.
Great! I love the owl! So cute! :)
Beautiful BG! I love the button...I have them, too, but haven't found a place for mine yet!
You fininshed! And it's fabulous! Great combination of all the beads and super interpretation of your theme!
