Cloth Dolls

ZELDA, a cloth doll I made for a "bed doll" challenge.

No new beaded items today -- but I was cleaning out photos from the computer and came across a Picture Trail album I set up a long time ago. You might enjoy seeing some of the dolls I made. Just click on JACKIE's PICTURE TRAIL for more photos.

wow...you made some wonderful vintage dolls! Is the fabric also vintage? Are you still making them?

BB, I love doing the dolls, but they take more time and space than I have right now --- I still do a doll occasionally, but once I discovered beading -- well, you know how that is. The fabric I used was vintage only in the sense that it all was fabric I had on hand (and believe me, some of that is vintage LOL). I would be more inspired to dolls if I had granddaughters -- but I have 7 grandSONS -- and each and every one of them truly is GRAND -- I am so very fortunate to have them.

I like her pink feathery boa. My sister asked for feather boa for her birthday once a few years ago, so I got her a purple one=:)

Looking at this doll I could see why some people collect them. This is very nice!
